What tolerances can you hold with CNC milling?
We routinely work to tolerances of ±0.005″ and can achieve tighter tolerances when required. Specific tolerances depend on material, part size, and complexity.
What materials can you mill?
We mill steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, and other metals commonly used in heavy equipment applications.
Do you work from blueprints or CAD files?
Yes, we work from blueprints, CAD files, or sample parts. We can also reverse-engineer components when original specs aren’t available.
What's your typical turnaround time for milling projects?
Turnaround varies by project complexity and current workload. Simple jobs often complete within 1-3 days, while complex parts may take longer. Emergency repairs receive priority scheduling.
Do you offer mobile milling services?
Our milling services are shop-based. However, we offer mobile welding, line boring, and fabrication for on-site work.
