Waterjet Cutting Services
Our Flow & Omax waterjet systems allow us to cut steel, aluminum, stainless, copper, and some specialty materials (inquire on others). This process is ideal for thicker materials or applications where maintaining material strength is important. For detailed shapes and materials that require a clean edge without heat distortion.

Questions About Our Cutting Services
What materials can you cut with waterjet?
We cut steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, copper, titanium, composites, rubber, plastics, and more. If you’re unsure about a specific material, contact us.
How accurate is waterjet cutting?
Waterjet cutting typically achieves tolerances of ±0.005″ to ±0.010″ depending on material thickness and part complexity.
Does waterjet cutting create burrs or rough edges?
Waterjet produces minimal burr compared to thermal cutting methods. Edges are generally smooth and may require little to no secondary finishing.
Can waterjet cut hardened or heat-treated materials?
Yes, waterjet is ideal for hardened materials because it doesn’t generate heat. This prevents cracking, stress, or changes to material properties.
What's the advantage of waterjet over plasma or flame cutting?
Waterjet doesn’t create heat-affected zones, preserves material properties, produces smoother edges, and can cut materials that thermal methods can’t handle.
