Line Boring & Welding Services (Mobile)
We bring line boring and welding equipment directly to your job site or facility when moving equipment isn’t practical. Our mobile line boring repairs worn pin holes and bushing bores on excavators, loaders, and other heavy machinery without full disassembly, while mobile welding handles structural repairs, bucket reconstruction, and frame work where the equipment sits. This works for breakdowns in the field, equipment too large to transport, or repairs that need to happen fast to keep your crew working throughout the St. Louis metro area.

Questions About Our Machining Services
When should I use mobile service instead of bringing equipment to your shop?
Use mobile service when equipment is too large to transport easily, broken down in the field, or when moving it costs more than bringing our equipment to you. If the machine can be hauled without major expense, shop service is usually faster and less expensive.
What area do you cover for mobile services?
We serve the St. Louis metro area and surrounding counties. For jobs further out, we evaluate travel time and whether mobile service makes sense for your situation.
How quickly can you get to my site?
For emergency breakdowns, we typically respond same-day or next-day depending on our schedule. Scheduled maintenance work is booked in advance based on availability.
Do you need power or special setup at my location?
We bring our own generator and equipment. We need reasonably level ground to set up the line boring machine and access to the repair area. We’ll discuss site requirements when you call.
Can you give me a price estimate over the phone?
We can give rough estimates based on your description, but accurate pricing requires seeing the damage. Most mobile repairs are quoted on-site once we assess the wear or damage, and a formal quote will be sent to you via email.
What if the repair is more complex than expected?
We’ll explain what we find and give you options – whether that’s completing the repair on-site, bringing components back to the shop, or recommending alternative solutions.
